Region-aware Consent Mode v2 + GTM. Mirrors the live site logic before a site-wide rollout.
How it should behave
EEA / UK / Switzerland (+ EU overseas territories): consent denied, banner shown, analytics fire only after Accept.
Everywhere else (incl. Indonesia, US): consent granted by default, no banner, analytics fire on load.
Global Privacy Control on → forced denied everywhere (final word, beats a prior Accept).

How to verify
From a non-EEA location (e.g. Indonesia): no banner, ym present should be yes on load → GA4 Realtime + Metrika 110026498 Realtime should show the visit.
To test the EU path without a VPN: press Simulate EEA banner, then Accept → ym present flips to yes after a reload (Custom-HTML tag fires on the next page view).
Enable a Global Privacy Control extension and reload → consent forced denied, ym present stays no.
